Program Description

Andrei Baklanov, sole proprietor, operates FactumOps — an AI automation studio for local service businesses (trades) in the San Francisco Bay Area. This SMS messaging program serves people who contact FactumOps about our services. It sends exactly one kind of message: an automated text-message reply to a person who called our business number when we were unable to answer the call. We send no other message type under this program.

This messaging program sends transactional and informational messages only. We do not send marketing or promotional messages under this program.

Consent

We collect consent in exactly two ways. Both are voluntary, and neither method is a condition of receiving any service from us.

1. Web form — optional SMS consent checkbox. On our contact form there is a checkbox labeled optional, next to the disclosure text “I agree to receive a text message from FactumOps if we miss your call. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” The checkbox is unchecked by default and is never pre-selected. The form submits successfully with the box left unchecked — you can request a quote and receive service without ever consenting to SMS. If you leave it unchecked we reply by phone call or email only and send you no text messages. If you check it, you are opting in to the messages described above at the phone number you entered in the form.
2. Inbound call or text to our business number +1 (408) 900-6046. This method is initiated entirely by you: you look up our number on this website and place the call or send the text yourself. We never call or text you first, and we never obtain this number from any purchased or third-party list. The workflow is:
   • You call +1 (408) 900-6046 on your own initiative, or send a text to it.
   • If we answer the call, no text message is sent at all and no consent is recorded.
   • If the call goes unanswered, we send one single reply text message to the number you called from — the number is captured from your own inbound call and used for nothing else. That reply identifies FactumOps, acknowledges the missed call, and asks how we can help.
   • Any further messages happen only if you reply and continue the conversation. This method does not subscribe you to any marketing list, newsletter, or recurring campaign — it is a one-to-one reply to a call you placed.
   • Replying STOP at any time ends all messages immediately. Replying HELP returns our contact information.

   The call-to-action for this method is published in plain sight at the top of this page and next to our phone number on our home page.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase or service, is not bundled with our terms of service or any other required agreement, and can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP. We do not sell or share phone numbers or consent with third parties, and consent is used only for the messaging program described on this page.
